By creating an account or using HomeDocket, you agree to these Terms of Service. HomeDocket is operated by HomeDocket LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company.
HomeDocket is a property management platform for personal and small business use. You may not use it for illegal purposes, to harass others, or to violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You own the data you enter into HomeDocket. We do not claim ownership of your property records, documents, or photos. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.
When you share or transfer property access to another user, you are responsible for ensuring that user is authorized to access that information. Property transfers are irreversible once claimed.
HomeDocket is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
