We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and property data you enter into HomeDocket. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use your information to provide the HomeDocket service, send transactional emails (account creation, sharing invitations, billing receipts), and improve the product. We do not use your property data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Storage) hosted in the United States. Files you upload are stored in Firebase Storage. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (Firebase, Stripe for billing, Resend for email) under strict data processing agreements.
When you share property access with another user, they can view the data you have authorized. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings. Shared users cannot see your billing information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After that, it is permanently deleted. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@homedocket.app.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@homedocket.app. We will respond within 30 days.
